Thank you for purchasing from Imaginary Friends Design Studios and our related online platforms.

This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy applies to purchases made through our websites, online stores, digital platforms, and related services, including:

  • Any related Imaginary Friends Design Studios storefronts, forms, product pages, digital resources, or service platforms

Due to the nature of our products and services, most purchases are considered final sale. This includes printed materials, workbooks, downloadable products, digital resources, courses, merchandise, hosting-related products, and other educational or creative materials.

We do not accept general returns or issue refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the item, purchased the wrong product, or does not use the product after purchase.

We will, however, review and resolve issues involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders when reported within the required timeframe.


Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

Because many of our products are educational, interactive, downloadable, or intended for direct use, they cannot be returned once purchased, accessed, downloaded, written in, opened, activated, or used.


Digital Products, Downloads, and Courses

All digital products, downloadable resources, PDFs, templates, online courses, and bonus materials are final sale.

Once a digital product has been purchased, accessed, downloaded, emailed, delivered, or made available through an account or link, it is not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

Physical Products

Physical products, including books, workbooks, printed materials, and merchandise, are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

We do not accept returns for physical products that have been:

  • Opened and used
  • Written in or marked
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Missing original packaging or included materials
  • Returned without prior approval
  • Returned because the customer changed their mind

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Your message should include:

  • Your name
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging, if shipping damage occurred

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.

Once we review the claim, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the same item
  • Exchange for the correct item
  • Store credit
  • Refund, only when replacement or correction is not practical or available

Please do not send any product back before contacting us. Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Approved exchanges are generally limited to the same item originally purchased. If the same item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Sale and Promotional Items

Sale, promotional, discounted, bundled, limited-time, or special-offer items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or return.

If a sale or promotional item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.


Shipping and Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and shipping information before placing an order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or by an approved damage or defect claim.

If we approve a return or exchange that requires the item to be mailed back, we will provide instructions before the item is shipped. Depending on the situation, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns should be mailed only after receiving instructions from us.

Hosting, Services, and Account-Based Products

Purchases related to hosting, digital services, account setup, subscriptions, service-based products, or platform access may be subject to additional terms, service agreements, or billing policies.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, hosting-related and service-based purchases are final once activated, configured, delivered, or made available.
